Departed Melbourne12.30pm with Royal Brunei.Arrived in Brunei at 7.30 pm (aest) and sat in a very basic airport for 31/2 hours,chased Eddison around for a while,basically forgot how old I was !!
Boarded for next leg of journey to Dubai airport for a fuel stop,then onto Heathrow arriving at 6.10am in the morning ,the boys were great keeping most of the way ,the parents coped because of their youth and the grandparents are feeling it,big time !!
A car had been organised to pick us up by Chelsea's mate and we arrived at her flat in Clapham at 8.00 am and us grandparents checked into our hotel ,Gateway Hotel a 5 minute walk fom the flat through Clapham common.A lovely lunch had at the Windmill Hotel nearby .Joel cooked a quick dinner and the boys have hit the wall along with the grandies! Off to bed!
A day of sightseeing tomorrow and a ride on the open red double decker bus.24degrees Celsius expected and sunny!
